Mashable COO Adam Hirsch Makes a Move to DoSomething

DoSomething.org, which helps channel the energies of teens into social causes, said today it had lured Adam Hirsch away from the COO job at Mashable to become its chief digital officer as of Feb. 7. Hirsch will oversee all member engagement including social media, product development, and mobile.
